How are match tickets sold?

Home league match tickets are sold in a priority order. Firstly, tickets are sold to Bronze/Young Seagulls PLUS members on the basis of one ticket per membership. Subject to availability 1901 Club members and season ticket holders can then purchase one ticket per person for a guest. Tickets may then go on sale to supporters with an existing purchase history or on general sale (one per person). For very popular matches loyalty points may also be used in conjunction with a membership/season ticket etc. Tickets must be used by the named ticket owner and in the case of season ticket holders and 1901 Club members buying guest tickets they are responsible for the individual they pass the ticket on to.
Away league and away cup tickets are sold in a priority order. Firstly, tickets are sold to 1901 Club members and season ticket holders, who can purchase one ticket per person - loyalty points are also likely to be used for popular matches. Subject to availability tickets will then be sold to Bronze/Young Seagulls PLUS members on the basis of one ticket per membership. Tickets may then go on sale to supporters with an existing purchase history or on general sale (one per person). Tickets must be used by the named ticket owner.
Home cup tickets are sold in a priority order. 1901 Club members automatically have home cup games included in their package. Season ticket holders will then be given a priority period to purchase tickets, then Bronze/Young Seagulls PLUS members. Tickets may then go on sale to supporters with an existing purchase history or on general sale (one per person). For very popular matches loyalty points may also be used in conjunction with a membership/season ticket etc. Tickets must be used by the named ticket owner.

What do you class as 'Disabled'?

Our disability policy is based on the levels of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) that the supporter receives as set out by the Government. Supporters in receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) may also be entitled to a free ticket for a companion.

What are loyalty points and why do I need them to purchase a ticket to certain games?

Loyalty points are awarded for match ticket purchases, depending on your level of membership. To purchase tickets to some of Albion's biggest games you will need to have an official Club Membership and at times of peak demand you may require a certain number of loyalty points. We do this to make sure the regular fans are rewarded for their attendance.

Why do I have to give a name for every ticket I purchase?

Fans can purchase only a limited number of tickets per account holder. Tickets need to be purchased under the correct Fan Number in order to receive the relevant loyalty points.

I want to purchase multiple tickets online. How do I do this?

In order to purchase a ticket for another fan they must give you permission to do so. The easiest way to do this is via Friends & Family within your online ticketing account. It is the responsibility of the fan having the ticket purchased for them to add the fan making the purchase on to their Friends & Family list.

How do I collect purchased tickets at the ground on a matchday?

On matchdays the ticket collections are at the main ticket office outside the retail store and supporters should make their way to the two windows furthest to the left.
The collection point will be open from two hours before kick-off. Please ensure you bring photo ID with you if you are collecting tickets. Ticket collections will only be issued to the supporter who made the purchase.

What happens if I have lost my card or left it at home?

If season ticket holders or members arrive at the stadium without their season ticket they have the following options:

  • A paper replacement ticket - this can be provided at a cost of £5 per ticket. Proof of identity must be shown at the time (photographic ID is required). A maximum of three paper tickets will be issued in any one season.
  • A permanent replacement season ticket/membership card - this can be provided at a cost of £15 per card. Proof of identity must be shown at the time (photographic ID is required) and a form will need to be signed by the card owner. A maximum of one card replacement will be issued in any one season.

When am I entitled to a refund?

Season tickets, Memberships and Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

Home match ticket purchasers are entitled to a refund for the cost of a match ticket in the event a game is rescheduled after the ticket has been purchased. In order to obtain a refund, a request for a refund must be made in writing to supporter.services@bhafc.co.uk within seven days of the rescheduling announcement (which shall be made on the club website) provided this is still more than seven days before the rescheduled date. Can I upgrade my concession/junior season ticket to an adult for a match?

If you are transferring your season ticket to a guest who is of a different and higher value age band, you will be charged an upgrade fee in order for the guest to enter the ground. Any such upgrades can be processed no more than six times per season ticket holder per season. All upgrades will be charged at the price of the match ticket minus the pro-rata value of the season ticket, rounded up to the nearest £. Any guest attempting entry on a concession ticket to which they are not entitled will be charged a further £10 cost on top of any upgrade cost and may be refused entry.

I am on the season ticket waiting list - when might I get access to buy a season ticket?

When purchasing Bronze/Young Seagulls PLUS membership supporters may opt to join the numbered season ticket waiting list. In order to retain a place on the waiting list supporters must renew their membership each season prior to 1 July. In the event a member is offered a season ticket they will be called or emailed by the club offering a short window to claim a ticket - this contact will be made over the close season once renewals are complete. For 2017/18, a small number of season tickets were released to the top 244 members of the waiting list in June 2017. It is not anticipated that any further season tickets will be released for this season.
